Job Responsibility Take Responsibility for Assignments, Investigating Multiple Alternatives to Meet Specified Objectives. Oversee Design Team, including Junior Designers and CAD Team, on a Per-Project Basis. Collaborate & Lead Project Activities, including Conceptual Design, Design Development, and Construction Administration (including Site Visits). Ensure Effective Communication Flow between Internal & External Parties. Modify & Redraw Drawings by Studying Changes in Components, Parts, and Identifications. Draw & Build Floor Plans and Newly Designed Layouts. Create & Prepare Layout Plans, Sketches, 3D & 2D Drawings, Models, and Visuals. Develop & Coordinate Interior Design Drawing Packages, including Finish Schedules, Material Specifications, Floor Plans, Elevations, and Details. Expertise in Layout, Color, Lighting, Material Selection, Custom Furniture, and All Installations. Proven Experience in Decorating Interior Spaces, including Consultations, Renovations, Space Planning, and New Constructions. Job Requirements Languages Required: Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Minimum Qualification: Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Higher Diploma in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, or equivalent. Experience: At least 1 Year of Experience in Interior Design (Fresh Graduates are Welcome to Apply). Proficiency in Design Software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, 3D Studio Max (V-ray), Google SketchUp, or other design programs. Ability to Handle Multiple Projects Under Pressure and Meet Deadlines. Strong Sketching and Illustrative Skills to Communicate Design Ideas. Responsible for Documentation of Construction Drawings & Tender Drawing Packages. Creative Talent, Imagination, and Attention to Detail. Self-Directed and Strong Problem-Solving Skills. Commercial Design Experience is Required. Excellent Portfolio of Previous Work (if available). Full-Time Positions Available. Immediate Availability is an Advantage.
