Job Description Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, fostering collaboration, accountability, and KPI achievement-particularly in a shared-services or cross-functional environment. Develop and execute sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely procurement of goods and services. Monitor supplier performance and inventory levels, driving continuous improvement to reduce costs, enhance quality, and mitigate supply risks. Collaborate cross-functionally-especially with finance, operations, expansion and planning - to align procurement with broader business objectives. Generate regular reports and analyses on procurement performance, cost savings, and operational trends for senior leadership. Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal standards, and industry regulations throughout all procurement activities. Identify process bottlenecks and implement procurement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 5+ years of procurement or supply chain experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role or team management. Proven expertise in supplier/vendor management, contract negotiation, sourcing strategy, and performance tracking. Strong analytical mindset with familiarity in procurement systems. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills. Knowledge of procurement regulations, risk management, and cost-control practices. Experience in tenders is advantageous.
