Job Responsibilities Execute audit procedures in alignment with the approved audit plan, assuming the role of Staff in Charge. Lead the risk-based audit process, demonstrating a thorough understanding of potential risks and controls. Display attentiveness and diligence while completing assigned tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Provide substantial assistance and support to reviewers during the assessment of internal controls and procedures. Analyze and evaluate the accuracy of accounting systems and procedures within client organizations. Review, develop, and recommend changes in accounting systems and controls to enhance business processes. Prepare audit documentation meticulously to substantiate the work performed appropriately. Explore career advancement and learning opportunities through involvement in special assignments, including local and foreign IPO projects, high-profile forensic audits, and various transactional services. Job Requirements Possess a recognized Degree in Accounting or equivalent (e.g., Professional Accountancy Qualification). Non-professionally qualified degree holders currently pursuing a recognized Professional Accountancy Qualification will have an added advantage. Minimum of 2 years' experience acquired in a professional accounting practice. Advantageous to have prior experience with international Audit Software and/or demonstrate expertise in public-listed company audits. Preference given to applicants with competent application and prior training in the Clarified Standards. Strong team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills. Capable of working independently, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation. Knowledge and experience with data analytics tools will be considered an advantage.
