Care of others performance and development To ensure others meet their goals and objectives Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gather feedback, and make data-driven improvements. Stay abreast of emerging trends in training and development by adapting strategies and incorporating new technologies to enhance learning outcomes and solve issues effectively. Job Requirements Degree holder in any field. Candidates with a Master s degree have an added advantage. 3 years minimum with relevant experience and have experience in problem solving, e.g., Six Sigma or equivalent; and systems management. Proven experience as a training & development manager or equivalent role. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
