- To set up and implement work instruction and procedure and ensure they are being followed;
- To plan and schedule for job change for daily work assignment and estimate worker hour requirements for completion of job assigned accordingly;
- To monitor and ensure products manufacturing process are according to the control procedures and specification during production;
- To study, analyse and trouble shoot problems arise from production section;
- To document and record product quality, rejected, non-conformities data for analysis on performance of the product;
- To prepare and submit on daily production output report and ensure production target are met;
- To lead, supervise, monitor and motivate operators to achieve monthly’s target and strive for productivity and quality awareness;
- To maintain workers discipline and resolve problems and grievances of subordinates.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- At least 1 Year(s) of supervision and training experience.
- Have experience in handling foreign worker;
- 5.5 day (Monday to Saturday) working basis;
- Able to perform overtime job daily;
- Required Skill(s): Machine Setting, Maintenance, Leadership, Troubleshooting, Production Planning
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
- Ability to work under pressure and work independently;
- Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
