- Provide Workday knowledge and investigate issues raised by internal customer and review all tickets to determine Workday Support vendor or IT involvement needed, providing context and details of the business requirements, exploring possible solutions.
- Develop scripts for and perform User Acceptance Testing in Workday for items due to be included in monthly, bi-yearly and ad-hoc releases.
- Execute all employee life cycle business processes in Workday at Tier 1, supervisory organisation and role management change, and roles security and permission access.
- Participate in the implementation of new processes including training and the generation of SOP’s and other reference material
- Perform audits between Workday and the Payroll System to ensure Data Integrity.
- Support end-user Workday guidance to internal customer, perform employee life cycle data entry and mass-upload request
- Provide global reporting request, both standard and non-standard reporting
- Diploma or Degree with 1 to 2 years in Shared Services Environment, Workday and preferably Service Now.
- Passionate with both frontline and backend support and has good internalization on HR work processes and customer engagement.
- A structured and process-oriented person that is resilience and adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment to build the new HR Operations framework.
- Resourceful, independent and has the capability to rapidly learn new systems and processes and exhibit an openness to change.
