- Prepare product release documentation as reference to support sales & marketing team to well-equipped with product demonstration.
- Prepare release notes for the respective product owner to notify relevant department of the upcoming product deployment contents.
- Prepare product rules translations with providers and assist to update into the operating site.
- Upkeep and maintain product documentation files in an organized structure in product department online repository.
- Assists product development coworkers to conduct research, monitor market trends, and competitors. Prepare reports and presentation to relevant stakeholders.
- Support product development coworkers in handling internal department or provider inquiries, and scheduling meetings.
- Remote-based work setting. Business travelling is required when is needed.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration, Business Marketing, Business Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English and Chinese (Mandarin) both written and oral.
- Minimum 2 year experience in relevant position.
- Proficient with Microsoft office, including word, power point, and excel.
- Ability to prepare documentation and report in an effective manner.
- Possess research and analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively.
- Strong organization, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Able to multitask, with good self-discipline and responsibility, good time management, and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of gaming industry & experience is a plus.
