Conduct market and industry research to inform the Group’s strategy.
Scan the market / external environment and perform relevant analytic/benchmarking studies, including identifying potential untapped/underserved business opportunities
Monitor and analyze macroeconomic, geopolitical, and technological trends
Disseminate research findings and insights to relevant stakeholders within the Holding Company
Develop and maintain a competitive intelligence program and relevant databases.
Collect and analyze data on customers, competitors, and other related industry stakeholders
Provide regular reports and insights to inform decision-making.
Ensure proper knowledge management on the reports and insights including the lessons learnt and outcomes
Collaborate with other functions to ensure the Holding Company has a comprehensive understanding of its operating environment. Assist to integrate and coordinate activities across functions to align operations/execution with developed strategies
Collaborate with the relevant functions within the Holding Company and Group to identify and facilitate performance improvements, value value-creation projects/initiatives including the implementation of best practices, resulting from the reports and insights
Assist in identifying risks/implementation gaps and facilitate the resolution of issues, initiatives, or corrective actions that have an impact on the Company’s strategy execution and performance targets.

JOB REQUIREMENTSBachelor's Degree in a Relevant university degree, preferably with specialization in Market Research, Financial Management, Information Systems, or its equivalentPossess breadth of industry knowledge and contactsGood experience in market and financial analysis, strategic planning, and feasibility study.Experience in the international property industry is preferredAt least 7-8 years of relevant experience and have proven credentials in market research within the real estate and infrastructure industry
