  • Advising SVP Global Marketing and SVP Sales Region in setting div. sales strategies and targets Providing input for SVP Sales Region for GTM strategy incl. deciding on sales model and channel
  • Consulting Country MDs in deciding on changes in the country (incl. resource allocation)
  • Executing regional and local product coaching, incl. establishing sales enablement initiatives and technical product trainings, coordinated support for local sales teams with SVP Global Marketing
  • In very immature and/or small countries: Support sales in complex selling activities
  • Fostering regional KOL/advisory board relationships
  • Facilitating up-stream communication of regional requirements in the development process of
  • RED (e.g. product requirements)
  • Prioritising and adapting global marketing initiatives, tailoring to regional needs (incl. ambitions for key strategic products/dig.) solutions)
  • Identifying & monitoring local campaigns across countries to be brought on regional/global level
  • Product management & segment strategy
  • Driving launch preparation (e.g. tailoring of global concepts), monitoring success and providing input for managing product until phase-out
  • Providing regional perspective on product positioning and product training
Professional competencies
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or industry such as healthcare administration, business administration, information systems, clinical education, or related field required
  • Typically requires a minimum of 15 years healthcare systems, including Hospital Care experience
  • 4 years or more of regional experience
  • 5 or more years of management level experience
