ServeDeck™ is a smart subscription cloud-based solution designed to significantly improve the organisational efficiency of facility operations and management.ServeDeck’s total productive maintenance solutions facilitate the easy execution and management of the core tasks and processes of commercial buildings, shopping malls, retail stores, hotels, factories, universities, hospitals, townships, theme parks, and various service providers.The RoleYour responsibilities will include:
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of salespersons, setting clear objectives and providing ongoing performance feedback and guidance.
  • Develop and execute sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets, including identifying new market opportunities, customer segments, and product positioning.
  • Continuously assess and optimize the sales process, including pipeline management, lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
  • Regularly monitor individual and team performance against targets, providing constructive feedback and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Provide input on sales incentive structure and key performance indicators to help monitor targets.
  • Generate accurate and insightful sales reports and forecasts for management, keeping stakeholders informed of progress toward goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with our product, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
  • Successfully executes client contracts from negotiation to close in adherence to related company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to penetrate key markets, aligning sales and marketing strategies for maximum impact.
  • Establish customer relationship management (CRM) systems and guidelines to manage customer relationships and funnels, ensuring efficient and effective sales operations.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS solution industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong team player.
