Sales Support Administrator (Seremban 2)

• To handle general office administration duties including filing, photocopy documents, data entry, handling outgoing and incoming phone calls/ email and etc.;
• To ensure data and records are always up to date;
• To assist in day-to-day operations and admin functions as and when assigned from time to time;
• To be able to manage ecommerce online store effectively;
• To be able to perform Livestream online sales
• To assist in ad-hoc job duties when needed.

• Candidate must possess a SPM or above;
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply;
• Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin;
• Responsible, self-motivated and willing to learn;
• Able to work under minimum supervision;
• Computer literacy and able to learn new technology quickly;
• Excellent prioritization skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task;
• Only full-time position is available.
