- To handle general office administration duties including filing, photocopy documents, data entry, handling outgoing and incoming phone calls/ email and etc.;
- To ensure data and records are always up to date;
- To assist in day-to-day operations and admin functions as and when assigned from time to time;
- To be able to manage ecommerce online store effectively;
- To be able to perform Livestream online sales
- To assist in ad-hoc job duties when needed.
- Candidate must possess a SPM or above;
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply;
- Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin;
- Responsible, self-motivated and willing to learn;
- Able to work under minimum supervision;
- Computer literacy and able to learn new technology quickly;
- Excellent prioritization skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task;
- Only full-time position is available.
