Agency Admin ensure that the processing of these applications adheres to both Company policies and regulatory guidelines.Key Assignment Work:
  • Processing of New Agent Application to adhere and comply in accordance to Contracting Standard of Procedures (SOP)
  • Handling Customer enquiries pertaining to New Agent application or other contracting matters.
  • Preparing ad-hoc report, e.g., analyst the new agent contracting trend, comparison between last year vs this year contracting numbers.
  • Follow-up follow through with stakeholders (peers, sales team, agency force, regulatory) pertaining to new contracting queries/emails.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel
  • Effective communication skills with ability to communicate with the team, internal and external stakeholders.
  • Has a good command of written and spoken English.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
  • Improve communication skills and inter-personal skills with stakeholders and understanding stakeholder’s behavior, managing their expectations.
  • Preparation of detailed and comprehensive report by providing factual data/findings to support.
  • Develop an analytical mindset.
