Job Responsibility Responsibilities Responsible for payroll processing function effectively which includes new hires, resignation, overtime claims, allowances, incentives, and statutory payments. Daily administration of the payroll and maintaining employee payroll databases. Prepare and submit reports, statutory reports. Support post payroll activities on payroll reconciliations, bank payments and month-end reporting within the agreed timelines. Adhere to payroll process checklist throughout the process and ensure that all necessary checks and controls have been applied. Support ad hoc and regular management reporting on all payroll related information. Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior. Requirements Job Requirements Must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor s degree in Human Resource or related field. Self-motivated, proactive and a team player. Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. Must be responsible and able to work independently with minimum supervision. Possess own vehicle.
