Job Description:EPS Recruitment Agency is currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Assistant General Manager - Leasing & Marketing on behalf of our esteemed client. In this position, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the management of mall properties, driving leasing activities, and implementing strategic marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the General Manager, Leasing & Marketing, to ensure the smooth functioning of our client's malls, maintain strong tenant relationships, and enhance the overall shopping experience.Key Responsibilities:· Pre-opening planning and team setup for new mall developments· Maximizing profit and efficiency of leasing operations· Managing all aspects of mall management including leasing, tenant relations, financial management, and operational functions· Developing and executing leasing plans to attract new tenants and maximize income· Maintaining tenant relationships and understanding their expansion needs· Creating and implementing marketing strategies to increase footfall and revenue· Ensuring compliance with legal and contractual obligations· Overseeing maintenance schedules and quality control· Resolving tenant complaints and demands promptly and professionallyRequirements:· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Estate Management, Property Management, or relevant field· Minimum 10-12 years of experience in retail asset management with a strong focus on leasing· Proven track record in mall management and leasing· Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia· Strong leadership abilities and business acumen· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint· Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines· Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsSub Specialization : Others;Any
