Role Description This is a full-time role for a Valve Sales Engineer/Manager located in Petaling Jaya. As a Valve Sales Engineer/Manager, you will be responsible for daily sales activities, providing technical support to customers, and delivering exceptional customer service. This on-site role requires strong communication skills and the ability to effectively promote and sell PFF's valve products. ABLE TO CLOSE PURCHASE ORDERS ON A MONTHLY KPI BASIS TO UNLOCK SALES INCENTIVE . To hande projects from providing Quotations to Invoicing . Qualifications Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills Strong communication and customer service skills Experience in sales, preferably in the valve industry Ability to build and maintain customer relationships Knowledge of valve products and technical specifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities 1. Reviewing project specifications and preparing sales quotations 2. To provide pre-sales and technical support to customers 3. Liaising with internal departments to meet delivery dates 4. To perform ad-hoc assignments if require 5. To source and perform negotiation with mills/suppliers Requirements 1. Minimum Degree/diploma in any engineering 2. Internal sales experience in actuated/control valves products, in the oil and gas/marine and offshore industries is mandatory, 2 to 3 years similar working experience (minimum) 3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skill 4. Good project management skills and customer service orientate 5. Have a strong sense of urgency, meticulous, excellent follow up skills and negotiation skills 6. Able to work under pressure and meet tight datelines 7. Exposure in project management
