Preferably applicants with sales/telesales/call centre/customer service experience. Preferably candidates specializing in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent. Bahasa Melayu speaking is a MUST and have confident speaking in English. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with customers at all levels Ability to deliver high-quality customer service to external and internal customers. Able to work in a team. Have passion in sales and perseverance when face challenges Enthusiastic towards achieving target. Excellent telephone skills Comfortable making cold calls and establishing client relationships via phone. Must be a target-oriented, self-starter, and aggressive enough to achieve the defined targets.
