Develop and implement effective lesson plans that align with the school curriculum

Assess students' progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters collaboration and mutual respect
Utilize various teaching materials and resources to enhance students' learning experience
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement school-wide initiatives
Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and advancements in the field of English education

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in English or a related field
Proven experience teaching English literature at the secondary level
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong knowledge of English grammar, literature, and composition
Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans
Patience and the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
