Telesales ( Motor Insurance)

• SPM / Diploma / Degree or any relevant certificate in any field
• Minimum 1-year experience in the area of telemarketing/tele sales (call center is advantageous)
• Prefer applicants who have experience in sales and marketing
• Good presentation & negotiation skills with the ability to customize the product to customer needs
• Candidate must be computer literate with good working knowledge of computer skills
• Possess a positive working attitude and able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Must be independent, proactive and self-driven
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Willing to work at KL (Menara Ambank, Jalan Yap Kwan Seng)
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.45pm & alternate Saturday

• Contact existing and potential customers by telephone and email
• In charge of outbound cold calling, lead generation, data refine and appointment setting
• Provide an overview and upsell the products and services
• Maintain and develop a good relationship with existing and potential customers
• Contribute and achieve the department group target set by the organization
• Handle sales, products & services inquiries
