Candidate must possess at least advanced/higher/graduate diploma, Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience the same position in related industry.
Proficient in English, Mandarin, Malaysia, listening, speaking, reading and writing, Hokkien & Cantonese is preferred;
master SAP system or other similar management systems and Office software.
Familiar with trade terms, contract law, and procurement bidding rules, and can independently handle relevant contracts.
Possess excellent negotiation skills and supplier relationship management skills; honest and honest, proactive, organized and efficient.

Responsibilities1. Based on the customer's demand plan, prepare the company's production and material arrival plan, track and monitor order fulfillment, assist in resolving process abnormalities, and ensure the timely arrival of supporting production materials and temporary procurement materials;2. Split the raw material procurement plan according to the sales plan and implement the procurement plan to ensure that the procurement work is carried out in an orderly manner;3. Implement order signing, follow up the order fulfillment process, and ensure that orders are signed and fulfilled in a timely manner;4. Conduct overall monitoring of inventory amounts, ensure the rationality of purchases, and control inventory turnover days;5. Confirm the invoicing status of all purchased materials every month, supervise monthly payments and expense reimbursements, assist in resolving abnormalities, and ensure that budget indicators are achieved (measurement standards;6.
