Responsibilities: Leading development of the Trade Marketing Strategy to achieve defined business objectives across defined product categories and their key channels. Owning responsibility for the development, execution, and performance of all programs designed to increase presence and ultimate off-take through piloting improved planograming, merchandising, promotions and shopper engagement Ensuring alignment across the Sales and Marketing teams on field sales needs and marketing initiatives. Leading efforts to leverage Brand Positioning and solidify the company's market position through our customers and their retail floors. Providing seasoned leadership in the translation and execution of the Marketing strategy into impactful programs. Putting in place, monitor and improve processes to link all Marketing activities with the activities of the Sales team. Ensuring timely new product listing and impactful selling story Take learning from trade program effectiveness evaluation Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Marketing or equivalent Must have FMCG Trade Marketing experience. Personal Care a bonus Good communication skills (both in spoken and written) Strong consumer service, interpersonal and communication skills Skills in brand and shopper marketing - FMCG Passion for results, creative solution, innovation with a thirst for fresh knowledge and experience Good organizational skills and attention to details in a rapidly evolving environment and development Discipline in execution and follow up of campaigns to achieve desired results and work to tight deadlines Experience: Minimum 3- 4 years of trade marketing management experience Experience in sales and marketing will be an advantage
