• Must possess at least SPM; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• A minimum of 1 year of CS & Doc experience in a relevant field is required for this role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Proactive, quick-thinking, and positive learning attitude.
• Have a strong desire to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, high energy, and enthusiasm, result-oriented, team-oriented, strong cross-group collaborator.
• Bilingual in multi-language to communicate with multinational workforce.
• Able to start work within short notice.

• Confirm BL data post vessel departure.
• Submit K4 manifest and Upload discharge list 48 hours before ETA. (Westport, Northport).
• Declare DG cargo in LPK.
• Send NOA and Invoice 48 hours before ETA.
• Release e-do within 24 hours.
• Issue demurrage, detention and container repair invoice within 3 days.
• Issue reefer monitoring invoice post Port bill.
• Follow-up on payments and long stay containers.
• Prepare monthly FOT Report within 7 days and lifting report within 5 days.
• Close job post completion.

• Release booking, update in port system.
• Follow up on draft BL, billing, release BL, shipment status.
• Submit outward manifest (K5).
• Follow up payment before releasing shipment/BL.
• Communicate with customers, build relationships.
• Support team, perform cross-functional tasks.
• Prepare delay/shut out letters if needed.
• Send shipment pre-alerts.
