- Assists Group IT Head to provide IT technical support services across the Group of
related issues in order to ensure smooth daily business operation of the companies in the Group. * Manage and provide support for Firewall, ERP, CCTV, Card Access, and other related system - close.
- Investigate and troubleshoot IT issues for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare resources (PC, software, email account) and brief new hires on company’s IT protocols, software and hardware usage.
- Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 2 years working experience in IT support/related field.
- Proficient in Windows servers, network, IT security, and operations, preferablyexperienced in technical and hands-on skills.
- Pro-active, enthusiastic, end-users and result focused.
- Possess good communication skills and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Possess own transport and must be willing to travel outstation.
