Job Responsibility Prepare bread dough as per SOP Prepare all shapes for pastry, bread, bun, rolls, loaf according to customer order Prepare laminated dough as according to orders & outlet stocks Prepare & check all ingredients to be used in baking bread / cakes Plan & execute daily task as per schedule Take a great care of equipment used in the kitchen for optimum condition. Making sure all orders are in good quality as per sop. Upgrade knowledge of baking from time to time. Update team members of new skills & technique in bread, cakes, pastry making Job Requirements Fresh graduate welcome to apply. Candidate with working experience will be added advantage.
