  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR and administrative functions and duties
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to HR functions, such as attendance, leave, training etc
  • Provide secretarial support to Director and welcoming arrangements for guests
  • In charge of office and pantry supplies
  • Coordinate company events such as meeting, training, gathering, annual dinner etc
  • Answer and direct telephone calls
