- Assist with day to day operations of the HR and administrative functions and duties
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to HR functions, such as attendance, leave, training etc
- Provide secretarial support to Director and welcoming arrangements for guests
- In charge of office and pantry supplies
- Coordinate company events such as meeting, training, gathering, annual dinner etc
- Answer and direct telephone calls
