Job Title:Coordinator, Shared Services FAJob Description:The Role:Responsible for the Fixed Asset Management. The full cycle of the fixed asset process includes assign Capital and Expense Project number, create Fixed Asset number, perform fixed asset disposal, transfer transactions in SAP, month end capital accruals and sub report.In this role you will:Create and monitor new Capex Projects, maintain well fixed asset management, prepare sub report for month end closing, monitor open projects that overdue.Research items and makes adjusting journal entries as necessary; downloads SAP report to complete audit workpapers.Prepares reconciliations for assigned accounts within Blackline system.Provides support to internal and external audit and serves as SAP super user.Participates in Entegris continuous quality improvement process and dedication to customer satisfaction.Handle for China and US regions accountsTraits we believe make a strong candidate:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant fieldMinimum two-years progressive experienceExperience in SAP and ExcelExperience in Power BI will be added advantage.Effective communication skillsAbility to make decisions and problem solve based on SAP knowledge and in collaboration with internal and external partners.Demonstrates a willingness to complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned in support of the Global Fixed Asset team, Finance department and overall organization.Experienced as a leader or lead a team will be added advantage.Your success will be measured by:People and Teamwork: Effectively partner with Project Managers and Global Counterparts to drive results.Accountability, Integrity, and Trust: Trusted team member who is accountable for the FA processes, policies, and results of the team.Creativity and Innovation: Ability to identify and implement process efficiencies across the department.Dedication to Excellence: This position would be the subject matter expert involved in projects, implementation, and SAP test work.
