This company is a travel company, they are looking for Japanese Speaker to join their HR team with the responsibilities below.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing, leading, and supporting the Regional HR team to implement and execute the regional HR plansWork very closely with the top management in the AsiaOceania Regional Company and the HR team in the affiliate companies in the region to achieve goals and objectivesResponsible to handle and advise the Top Management on employment-related matters in compliance with local labour lawsEnsure compliance to all relevant internal and external governance, regulations and proceduresActive involvement in establishing a regional HR Document Management SystemLead HR internal audit to be performed in the affiliated companiesFormulate Policy procedures development and documentationTo undertake other related jobs as requested by the Management from time to timeJOB REQUIREMENTS
Possessed a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration or equivalent
At least 5 years of continuous experience in administration and HR preferably in an MNC, and/or Japanese company with experience supporting or managing regional HR for affiliated
companies
Well-versed / well-experienced in the Malaysian Employment Act, knowledge and experience in practicing other countries' labour law is preferable but not a must
