- Support business goals by tracking performance, reporting on key KPIs and proactively manage sales planning (forecasts/estimates)
- Develop reports incorporating a 360 vision: across channels, products, clients
- Articulate strategic and actionable insights and recommend commercial actions through data-driven analysis
- Maintain a circular feedback loop, share opportunities for sales growth and recommendations for future improvements
- Analyze initiatives results vs. objectives on a frequent basis
- Assist in building a new, robust practice around driving business performance through prioritization of commercial initiatives and consistent execution
- Support commercial team in developing business acumen skills, and driving effectiveness & productivity
- Forecast accurately annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams
- Develop the market commercial strategy to achieve Retail, Wholesale & E-commerce targets in terms of qualitative & quantitative aspects
- Implement this strategy to ensure annual business objectives are met
- Provide first-hand information regarding Retail & Retail Partners projects in Malaysia
- Collect and develop market intelligence, update competitors' information in Malaysia
- Develop commercial partnerships with landlords and external players to drive sales
- Administer sales and manage overall turnover
- Provide sales estimation on a weekly basis and monitor the corresponding sales activity
- Analyze and evaluate sales results, collect and provide qualitative feedback
- Guide the boutiques to improve KPI's
- Support the boutiques to identify & develop the High Jewellery clientele
- Provide specific action plans for the boutiques to achieve higher performance
- Act as a major contributor to the creation of various commercial presentations including the annual Market Action Plan
- Collaborate and/or lead cross-functional studies & Cartier action plan (boutiques, partners) and ensure consistent execution throughout the year
- Is responsible for the follow-up and update of the Commercial Network plan
- Lead the commercial part for brief, score cards and CAR preparation, and ensure timely submission
- Assist on Real-Estate legal contracts preparation and validation
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 10+ years' experience in luxury/hospitality industry - management roles
- Strong business acumen, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Client centric mindset
- Solid Experience with VIP clients
- Strong leadership to unite and nurture the team
- Fluent in English, Chinese is a plus
