Job description: Job Summary Managing and supervise CLQ's occupants and its facilities as to provide a conducive and harmony atmosphere that promote workers' wellbeing. Proactively look into areas for improvement. Ensure full compliance to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the company. Key Responsibilities Manage the occupants of CLQ to ensure rules are adhered to and there are no violations. Conducts random room checks and patrol to identify vandalism or damages to company property and safety awareness. Monitor the state of facilities at CLQ and liaise with maintenance for upkeep and repair Maintaining accurate records and writing reports to help to identify trends that may require action. Responding to on-site emergencies during out of hours (burst pipes, broken windows, burglaries, locked out of rooms etc.) Liaison with SHE over relevant issues or concerns Available for 'on call - duty' whenever required, which provides emergency cover in the evenings and weekends. To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company. Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management. Qualifications Minimum SPM or possesses relevant experience Skills & Abilities Effective communication skills, willing to work shift General computer knowledge. Expected Minimum Years of Experience At least 3 years working experience in similar position
