Responsibilities:

To work under general supervision and guidance from experienced engineers.
Perform routine structural analysis and engineering calculations to safe and optimized design.
Prepare engineering documents according to defined procedure and instructions from project Lead or Senior engineer.
Participating in discussions with other engineers and drafters in a project.
Maybe required to perform short site visit duty in the offshore or onshore facility.

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor of Science/Engineering in Civil Engineering
Minimum 2-4 years of experience on oil and gas upstream offshore facility structural engineering. Experience in the on oil and gas upstream onshore facility civil & structural engineering is and added advantage.
Experience in any form of duty on offshore facility is an added advantage.
Familiar with in major oil and gas and civil and structural code of practice such as Petronas PTS, AISC 9th Ed, AISC 360 (LRFD & ASD), EN 1993, among others.
Able to perform basic engineering analysis using SACS Suite Program.
Able to use STAAD Pro/ANYSYS/GRLWEAP/USFOS/SESAM Genie is an added advantage.
