Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager for our Five Star Resort. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and achieving revenue targets for the resort. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the resort. Manage the sales team and provide guidance and leadership to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including travel agents, corporate clients, and event planners. Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities to increase revenue. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients. Monitor and analyse sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are met. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of success in sales management, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Solid understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights. Strong business acumen and market awareness. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
