- The employee will have RM50 voucher every month
- We do have hot and cold drinks, food (such as biscuits, chocolate, and frozen food vending machine)
- The employee can top-up the amount on their own if they have fully utilized RM50 within 1 month
- We provide the first 4 weeks of free stay upon arrival, while the new hire could find for accommodation to stay in Malaysia during the first month. The accommodation we’ll provide for the first 4 weeks is nearby to our office.
- Our colleagues could suggest places to stay in Malaysia after the new hire arrived.
- We provide an airport transfer service, where our representative will fetch the new hire from the airport to the assigned accommodation in Malaysia.
- Company will help to manage and pay for the new hire’s EP visa application. The visa application will take 21 days to complete.
- For DP visa, The company will help the new hire to apply for DP. However, the cost will be paid on their own. Please also find the attached regarding DP visa application details according to the countries.
- Company will book and pay for the one-way flight ticket from the country to Malaysia. We will share the flight ticket.
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service or Customer Success role, ideally within the Ecommerce / Marketplaces and Telecommunications industry.
- You have working knowledge of kanji writing
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
