Handles work orders and is able to work across the disciplines of Engineering, including but not limited to, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment maintenance, HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting and Electrical maintenance. Good knowledge of building maintenance. Maintains logs on movement and inventory of stock items and tools. Close out work orders and ensure minimal impact on the guest.Above all else provide quality service that ensures guest satisfaction. Answers e inquiries in an efficient and friendly manner and ensures the smooth running of the shifts.Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.Candidates must have an extensive knowledge of the Engineering operations and must have a minimum of 1-2 year of experience as a in a similar role in an international hotel or resort.
