Job Responsibility To promote the company's range of medical devices / Consumable disposable products to the orthopedic industry. The ability to travel extensively and overnight locally, regionally, and internationally, sometimes on short notice up to 50-70% of the time The position requires attending in-live patient cases, and willing to work variable/odd hours to meet patient needs To increase sales revenue and achieve sales targets set by the company. Regular visits and maintaining a good business relationship with orthopedic surgeons/ customers. Job Requirements At least a Bachelor's Degree, Nursing, Biological Sciences, Engineering (Bioengineering/Biomedical), business related field, or equivalent A valid driving license Would be ideal/advantageous if had hospital/theatre working experience Field-based role with hours that can vary significantly An interest or experience in dealing with customers would be beneficial Computer skills, Microsoft Office programs essential Good with time management Must be comfortable with short notices Workshop/demonstration skills/training skills/presentation skills/teaching skills An interest in anatomy and physiology Good interpersonal and relationship skills A background that demonstrates an ability to engage with others, influence, motivate and work hard Problem solver, resourceful, motivated, team player, mission oriented, strives for excellence Job Benifits Salary commensurate with years of experience.
