Collaborate with production engineering teams to optimize production workflows and enhance output quality. Oversee the engineering facility, ensuring all equipment is well-maintained and operational. Manage the maintenance department, ensuring proactive and reactive maintenance activities are carried out. Provide leadership to the QA department, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulations. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost-saving initiatives. Lead and inspire a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans aligned with organizational goals. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on key performance indicators and operational activities. the experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
