- You will be part of an exciting team which is responsible for growing and managing the accounts of Enterprise Key Merchants for GrabFood Malaysia.

- You will be managing a portfolio of F&B Enterprise Key Accounts with a focus on building lasting relationships and increasing profitability/revenue.
- You will be responsible for the pitching of marketing campaigns and selling of new products/programmes to existing and new merchants to drive growth.
- You will be assisting in elements of business identification, partnerships, account management, and execution strategy. You will be reporting to the Head of Enterprise Merchants, GrabFood Malaysia.
- Manage a portfolio of key chain restaurants with a focus on building lasting relationships and increasing profitability/revenue.
- Liaise with key merchants for merchants funded promo programs, partnerships, new products and new features.
- Identify bottlenecks and potential issues related to merchant operations and deliver solutions to these issues.
- Drive growth of key accounts by analysing data and developing initiatives to increase profitability / revenues aligned with country targets.
- Execute business improvement projects to create value for both merchants and Grab Malaysia.
- Evaluate strategic and partnership opportunities, performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses.
- Work across functions to tailor merchant specific needs (e.g. customized reporting, marketing support, integrations).
- Drive operational excellence by working with the merchants and operations teams.
- We are looking for an outgoing, self motivated individual that works well in a team
- Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI and all Google applications
- A good Bachelor's (or above) degree or equivalent
- A good CGPA is plus point
- Past experience in sales, account management, business development, partnerships or equivalent role would be a huge advantage but not a must
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak in other languages and dialects such as Mandarin is an added advantage
- Excellent presentation skillsets and the ability to carry oneself well in business meetings is critical
- As this role requires interaction with senior merchant PICs, demonstrated emotional ability, maturity, excellent manners and tact in dealing with merchant representatives is a must
