Manufacturing supervisors are responsible for the day-to-day running of production processes in all types of manufacturing operations. They make sure that the production line is running smoothly and that staff are meeting their production targets.The main duties of a supervisor would include:

Planning and organizing staff tasks and shift schedule.
Reporting any issues and
organizing external contracts, like cleaning or supplies
Stock control
Motivating your team.
Producing management reports on performance.
Monitoring quality control and ensure shift personnel always adhere to Standard Work (SWE).
Updating paperwork, such as annual leave requests and sick leave.
Identifying and organizing training needs.
Production planning on testers and output.

Requirements:

Degree in any Engineering or Computer Science Discipline.
Experience working in shift for minimum 1 year.
Direct Labor with 10 years working experience with exceptional leadership quality/discipline and good attendance/tardiness for the past 10 years can also apply.
Knowledge of assembly process flow is an added advantage.
Able to lead, propose and guide the company on existing and new application/system requirements.
Able to work independently and able to carry out assigned task on a tight schedule.
