Job Responsibility Convert Leads into Sales: Actively work on converting provided leads into successful sales, focusing on aligning our array of legal services with client needs in property transactions. Comprehensive Service Understanding: Gain a deep understanding of our firm's array of legal services, ensuring accurate representation and consultation to clients. Lead Qualification and Filtering: Meticulously assess each lead to determine their suitability for our firm's services, ensuring alignment with client requirements and service offerings. Client Consultation and Relationship Building: Conduct personalized consultations to build trust and confidence in our firm, effectively communicating the benefits and features of our diverse legal services. Efficient Lead Management: Manage and qualify leads efficiently, ensuring that appropriate clients are forwarded to the operations team for tailored service delivery. Technical Expertise in Legal Services: Develop a thorough understanding of legal requirements in property transactions, along with a quick adaptation to the specifics of our legal services. RM System Proficiency: Utilize RM systems effectively for managing and tracking leads, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Outstanding Communication and Negotiation Skills: Employ exceptional communication and negotiation skills to effectively consult with potential clients and close sales. Proactive Sales and Marketing Approach: Adopt a proactive and results-driven approach to sales, focusing on achieving targets while maintaining high standards of customer service. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with various internal teams, including Partners-Lawyers, Marketing, and Legal Service Operations, to enhance service delivery and sales success. Ethical and Informed Lead Pursuit: Ensure an ethical approach in pursuing leads, aligning with the firm's reputation and service standards, while being fully informed about our legal services, to contribute to the firm's growth and success. Job Requirements Educational Background: Minimum of a Diploma in Law, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Candidates with a proven performance track record will have an advantage. Sales Training: Candidates should have undergone sales training. Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales or business development, with a preference for exposure to real estate and/or legal sectors. Client Consultation Expertise: Ability to conduct personalized consultations to build trust and confidence with clients, effectively communicating the benefits and features of our legal services. Effective Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for successful client interactions and sales conversions. Language Proficiency: Fluency in any two of the following languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin, to effectively communicate with a diverse client base. Results-Oriented Mindset: A proactive approach with a results-driven mindset, and a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets. RM System Proficiency: Experience in using RM systems for efficient lead management and tracking. Independent and Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, collaborating with various internal teams and stakeholders. Real Estate or Legal Industry Familiarity: Experience or familiarity with the real estate or legal sectors, beneficial in understanding client needs and enhancing service delivery.
