Job Responsibility Responsible to plan and schedule all customers orders, into production plan and to ensure on time delivery Responsible to initiate raw materials purchase so as to ensure all raw materials are available to produce the required customers orders as well as forecast quantity To keep track and monitor quantity produced versus planned and make adjustment to plan by coordinating with production and sales personnel on shortage and backlog issues To control and monitor on safety and excess stock, delivery instruction order and WIP in the required level To communicate with production on changes in quantity and delivery date through feedback from sales personnel Maintain an efficient production plan and control procedure for effectively utilization of production capacity and resources for timely delivery of products Resolve scheduling conflicts and address issues that may affect production timelines Job Requirements Diploma/Degree in Business Administration with at least 1-2 years relevant experience or High School certificate with minimum 3-4 years of production planning experience Good interpersonal and communication skills and knowledge in mandarin is an added advantage Job Benifits Pleasant and conducive working environment Opportunity to growth in career advancement and job fulfillment Good remuneration and benefits in the region
