• Monitor Rightship performance of offices and fleet, ensuring compliance.
• Address major issues like rejections, technical holds, and reviews with relevant teams.
• Develop initiatives to boost Rightship ratings and DOC scores.

• Suggest and implement improvements to SMS and DBMS to enhance standards.
• Collaborate with Marine Managers to analyze and address Rightship observations.
• Conduct annual DBMS reviews with Marine Managers to drive best practices.

• Build and maintain relationships with external vetting bodies on behalf of company.

• Participate in incident investigations as assigned.
• Contribute to DC Committee reviews and projects assigned by Manager.
• Assist with tasks and report preparation.

• Participate in training new Marine Managers and Superintendents.

• Maritime qualifications (preferably Senior Officer level) with seagoing experience.
• Strong written and spoken proficiency.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Environmental awareness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
