Join our innovating Engineering team You will act as technical reference point for a specific Customer, Region or CS contract. You will be responsible for technical coordination of main and complex cases resolution and leading a multidisciplinary team. As a Technical Account, you will be responsible for: Being responsible of continuous tracking of technical issues relevant to Customer installed fleet Providing support to experts in issues resolution through interaction with Customer, data collection leveraging also remote monitoring and diagnostic (BH iCenter) for operational and maintenance optimization. Coordinating multidisciplinary Engineering team (Regional technical support, HQ technical support, Product engineering etc.) to expedite issues resolution and RCA completion, assuring a proactive approach in line with customers expectation. Setting up operating rhythm with Customer (periodic calls, site visits and coordination meetings) to discuss technical issues and tasks, to understand Customer needs, share progresses, agree dispositions and paths forward. Leading special tasks/initiatives like site surveys, fleet health checks, fleet-tailored maintenance recommendations Providing technical support for the outage preparation and execution in coordination with the CPM and the FSE team. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor's in Engineering or equivalent scientific field. Have significant experience in a project-based Engineering or Service positions for at least 10 years'. Have competence and experience on main turbomachinery technical disciplines, both for flange to flange and auxiliaries. Have knowledge of Heavy Duty Gas turbine technologies. Be able to travel (up to 30%) domestic and internationally. Have familiarity with failure analysis steps and RCA process.
