Work independently by providing advice on employee relations matters to Line Managers and Management in accordance with labor law regulations and Company policies. Hands-on coaching to Managers to address employee's behavior and performance concerns. Provide advice and guidance to relevant stakeholder on appropriate feedback or corrective disciplinary actions which align with company values and policies. Conduct domestic and technical inquiries such as gathering and analyzing facts, applying relevant laws, policies, past practices and recommend action plan to Management. To resolve all labor disputes and cases. Partner with internal audit and other investigation bodies as and when necessary. Facilitate and apply interventions to resolve low-risk employee disagreements, conflicts, or misunderstanding when needed. Responsible to review, develop existing policies, guidelines and proposed changes for improvement in overall industrial relations policies and procedures. In charge of Time Attendance System and follow through with the disciplinary actions based on monthly attendance records. Maintain required documentation including inquiries notes, proofs and reports for future reference. Dealing with disciplinary issues, grievances, performance improvement plans and other matters concerning employee relations and engagement. To partner and support the assigned operations divisions on key HR processes and initiatives. Generate reports and analysis as and when needed. Requirements:- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (preferable retail industry) Familiar with the Employment Act 1955 and the Industrial Relations Act 1967. Strong analytical and problem-solving skill Good interpersonal skill and able to communicate with all levels. Able to work independently, multitask and think on-the-feet. High perseverance and passion.
