Job Responsibility To make outbound calls to all potential prospects Persuade potential customers to purchase a product or services Explain product or services in detailed by following a prepared script of product reference information Maintain operations by following policies & procedures Answer inquiries from customers related to sales presentation To meet sales target consistently based on the project assigned Working Hours Monday - Friday (Saturday may need to work) 10am - 7pm @ 9am- 6pm May work on weekends sometimes depending on campaign/ operation Got rest days but not fixed days Work Location: Level 10, U Mobile HQ, Berjaya Times Square, Jalan Imbi, Kuala Lumpur Job Requirements Must possess at least a SPM/STPM or Diploma holder Preferably, have min. 1 year experience in telesales/telemarketing; contact centre experience Good command in ENGLISH & BAHASA MALAYSIA (Spoken & written) Computer literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications Pleasant personality and able to handle stress Pass pre-phone interview Training will be provided Job Benifits Remunerations RM 2150 per month (Basic) Allowances (Performance, Shift, Overtime, Bonus, EPF/ SOCSO, EIS etc ) Staff Plan Benefit
