- Fresh graduate or 2-3 years working experience in related field
- Knowledge of software like Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Able to work independent
- Required Mandarin speaker due to business nature
- Assist the Contract Manager with pre-contract and post-contract work.
- Project cost estimates for various materials required for projects.
- Prepare contracts, legal tender documents, invoices, and other documentation.
- Hire or procure subcontractors based on the project budget.
- Liaise with project site staff to ensure adherence to the timeline.
- Prepare payment certificates and issue payments to subcontractors.
