We have an opening for “Claims Executive - Motor Insurance” and we are currently looking for an enthusiastic and youthful soul to join us! This position is based in Oakland Commercial Centre, Seremban and the main role and responsibilities include but not limited to the following :-

To handle, manage and settle of claims in accordance with company policy and procedure and instructions;
To process and submit claims (either by Merimen E Claims system or manual submissions)
To check, verify and compile all documentations and details as well as to ensure that claims are processed accordingly;
To communicate, discuss and follow up insurance companies towards procuring offers and appealing against offers and also payments;
To check, verify and compile all documents for the purpose of claims submissions;
To review and compile all successful claims and come up with data analysis;
Data entry; and
Such other administrative works which may be assigned to you from time to time.

Job RequirementsWe are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our team, subject to the following basic requirements :-

SPM/STPM/Diploma
0-2 years of experience in handling motor insurance claims
Proficient in computer and data entry
Proficient in English and Malay
