Skills, Abilities and Mastery (Responsibility Matrix): Delivery: Prepare and distribute RFI/RFQ packages for prospective suppliers. Compile and summarize responses and assist in due diligence and supplier selection work for bid projects. Provides data generation, reporting, analysis, organization, and continuous improvement of supply chain information for the purpose of optimizing supply chain performance and accomplishment of strategic and tactical objectives. Identifies underperforming areas in the supply chain and suggests improvements or resolutions to problems. Assist in the negotiation of supplier contracts or service arrangements. Compile data, manage databases, ensure data integrity, build reports, and drive continuous improvement of information for supply chain analysis, opportunity assessment, operations, and metric reporting. Provide ad-hoc reporting for Strategic Sourcing Managers, Supplier Quality & Development team, and Buyers on an as-needed basis. Manage global supplier correspondence and maintain updates to Supplier Requirements Manual and other key documentation sources used by suppliers. Expand capabilities through execution of smaller scale sourcing and/or supplier quality & development projects. Deliver continuous improvement through participation in lean kaizen events Business Partner: Develops strong relationships and provides effective communication, prioritization, and alignment across value streams, sites, business units, and functions. Demonstrates capability for engaging with external business partners to provide seamless linkage of supply chain processes. Center of Expertise (COE): Demonstrates capabilities in material management, MRP, pull systems, flow, and the implementation of lean concepts. High attention to detail, follow up and attention to customer service. Excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Relevant certification in APICS (CPIM, CSCP, CFPIM), ISM (CPM, CPSM, CSM), or equivalent Bronze Lean Certified. Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools. Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills. Possess exceptional conflict resolution skills and is adept at dealing with situations involving conflict. Additional Information: Applying for exemption such as the additional of New Finish Goods/ import of Raw Material, Machines, Scrap, subcontract and any related with LMW. Preparing and submit all LMW related reports including monthly statement LMW, custom form, raw material and FG, sub-con, scrap and disposal report and yearly reporting Preparing K9 declaration for scrap carton, plastic and local sales. Scheduling disposal collections for general waste, production waste, carton and plastic. Applying for exemption for Schedule A Item 57 for under SST and submit relevant report Preparing yearly report and renewal license and bon am for LMW license. Ensuring process and procedure adhere to legal rules and requirements. Coordinating with carious departments internally and externally on custom application related issues. Updating or applying for change of factory layout with custom. Must be willing to work at Kulim High Tech Park, Kedah, Malaysia. Education, Experience and Certification Requirements: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience (5-8 years) Technical certification preferred Project management experience Leadership training
