About the CompanyOur client was established to provide a competitive variety of testing instruments to the Aerospace, Aviation, Oil & Gas, Automotive, Power & Generation, Shipbuilding, Heavy Metal, Electronics, Educational & Skill Training Centers, and other end customers. They have testing equipment from Non Destructive Testing (NDT), Destructive Testing (DT), Vibration, Gauges, and consumables. They also offer after-sales service, including instrument repair, calibration, and preventative maintenance.Responsibilities

Responsible for sales, marketing activities and application supports of metrology/reliability systems (CMM, Profile projectors, Video Measuring Scope, 3D-Scanner, and environmental chambers, vibration shaker system, drop test system, shock test system, realibity and durability test simulation system, and etc), Metallurgical Sample Prepartion Machines, Microscopes and etc.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products, &provide product

demonstration to existing customers and prospective customers * Attend client meetings to deliver effective technical and commercial solutions to clients

Identified potential new clients and actively seek new business, and create good working relationships with clients
Searching for new clients through internet research, tele-marketing, cold calling at industrial areas or universities etc.
Support clients providing technical information, quotations, delivery, training and after sales support
Improve and maintains professional & technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing product datasheet, and work closely with principal.
Able to travel regularly throughout sales territories within whole Malaysia & Asean Countries (Metrology Dpt) and throughout sales territories within Malaysia (Reliability Dpt).
Preparing daily activity and weekly sales pipeline reports for head of department and keeping customer records in SQL
Provide regular feedback of business activities, and sales opportunities reports to

management. * Work closely with Sales Manager to ensure business targets are achieved and works interdependently with colleagues within and across departments.Requirements

Candidate should preferably possess at least a diploma or degree in engineering

(mechanical&instrumentation/material), physics or equivalent. * Preferably candidates with at least 2 years of working experiences and knowledges in reliability/metrology products is required for this position.

Highly motivated individual and result oriented individual with positive attitudes, high level of perseverance and great sense of urgency towards work.
Must be self-motivated, organized and can handle numerous parallel tasks and projects.
Strong interpersonal and communication, presentation skills, strong team work
Demonstrated initiative, independent problem-solving methods/capabilities.
An ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
With technical ability and willing to learn diverse product lines is a must
Excellent written and verbal English & Bahasa Malaysia communication skills
Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively
