Your future employer is a specialised property developer of skyline projects. Alongside a track record of successful projects, we are currently seeking for 3 new Project Managers to lead their future developments in Klang Valley.

- Defining master development programme, design brief, market study, cash flow and pricing proposal, involving all stakeholders and ensuring technical and financial feasibility
- Attend project meetings and working with external stakeholders to determine and overcome regulatory requirements, project management requirements etc
- Maintain and track key milestone of assigned project
- Issue Contracts, Letters of Awards, Purchase Orders, RFP, Tender Requirement, Technical Specifications, etc. where applicable
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule and costs
- Report and escalate critical issues and significant project discrepancies to Management
- Monitor cost overruns, variation orders, omissions and any deviations
- Participate in feasibility studies / financial analysis on assigned tasks when necessary
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Architecture / Construction Management or any equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of experience in property development or any relevant background
- Experience in low and high rise projects (commercial or residential)
