Job Scope/Responsibilities: 1. Technical facilitation, including liaison with Principal / Lead Consultants for Green Building Certification (GBI,GreenRE,LEED, etc). 2. Assist in the design stage and completion & verification Stage submission. 3. Manage and coordinate documentation and procedures for green building certification. Requirements: 1. 1 to 3 years relevant working experience in Green Building requirements and design 2. Experience in Green Building projects would be an added advantage 3. Green Building Index (GBI) Facilitator or GreenRE AP or LEED AP qualification would be an added advantage 4. Architectural / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering background would be an added advantage 5. Good verbal and written skills 6. Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply.
