Requirements:

Candidates must be possess at least Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Robotic Automation, Information Technology or related field. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
Candidates must be fluent in English and Mandarin. It is good to have proficiency in other languages.
A minimum of 1 year of proven project management experience. Being adept at WMS, AutoCAD, or other IT infrastructure is advantageous.
Familiar with warehouse management or solution design in logistics, 3PL, automation and related fields will be advantage.
Detail-oriented and has the capability to perform multi-tasking, project planning, active reporting, experience in working directly with clients and with strong communication and negotiation skills
Candidates must be Initiative, proactive and positive attitude to work independently and as a team.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of robotic automation systems within various supply chain environments. Responsible of the entire project management lifecycle. Create the project process strategy and engage in negotiations with clients and internal stakeholders.
Providing onsite technical support during system integration, commissioning, and startup phases. Identifying and addressing safety and environmental concerns to engineers, project managers, and customers.
Preparing technical reports, documentation, and manuals related to projects.
Oversee and assist junior colleagues in managing project risks, and guarantee that the project is completed in accordance with the project's milestones.
Keep track of the project progress and report to both internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables.
Conduct regular meetings with functional parties to gather business requirements, thus to provide professional consultation to stakeholders.
Assist in the integration testing, system testing, UAT and other implementation-related tasks.
Willing to travel - Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore and Mainland China
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Assistant/Assistant Project manager.
