Role Description The Application Engineer will be responsible for all presales support, on all system and pump selection, costing, design and preparation on proposal, and resolving customer issues related to Fluidex products and services. This is a full-time on-site role located in Shah Alam. The Application Engineer will also work closely with internal teams to provide feedback and support product development to Sales Engineers. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or relevant field 2+ years of experience in a technical application role, preferably in the pump or fluid handling industry Strong problem-solving skills and technical acumen Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Willingness to provide technical support to customers as needed Experience in project management and product development is a plus Familiarity with CAD software is a plus
